Have you considered modifying the header tank for more panel room?
Install a tank of half volume using only the forward half. Wing tanks to
increase volume and pump them to the header. Lots of options, none
without added complexity. I eliminated the header tank entirely for
safety concerns but that's just my personal concerns.
