I have a stocked KR2 with retract gear. It was built in 1984. I purchased it in 2000 got it flying in 2002. It takes about 30 seconds to learn to pitch control just says switching from a Cessna 172 over to a piper warrior each plane flies are all different I flown mine back to Oshkosh twice Mount Vernon once have over 400 hours on it. Like I said after the first 30 seconds after take off pitch sensitivity is a moot issue
