Congratulations! I can only imagine the excitement that you felt when the plane shot off into the sky for the first time! Excellent video as well!
Sounds like others have addressed this, but my 2S (essentially plans built) is slightly nose heavy and requires full nose-up trim with just myself (and even then the nose drops hands off). However, adding a passenger of even ~130 lbs shifts the CG far aft enough that the plane becomes much more balanced during flight, and the nose does not drop. Once again, congratulations.
