Hmmm, I was just looking at the GDL82 that works with your existing Xponder.  
This is all very confusing.  SO if I uderstand Bernie the EXP class gets no 
rebate but we still need to upgrade and fly the certification flight?  SO if I 
was to get the GDL82, not sure it has the ADSB IN.  So what good is it to me if 
I have the OUT but no IN.  I need to go back and look at the GDL82.  Maybe it 
sends the IN via wifi to your tablet like my statux does to the AVARE app. I 
bet EAA has a video on this.
