My EAA Chapter 64 located at KCPS soon to be moving to 1IL4 with it's own hanger and soon to be built club house Metro East of St Louis has a set of scales that I used when everyone came over. They were once race car scales. We just recently got them certified. That was not needed though it's just nice to know that they are accurate.
Paul ViskBelleville Il.618-406-4705 EAA 32 in St. Louis MO has a set of digital scales. It has 4 scales that weigh to the .1 of a pound. Works great and anyone in the Chapter can use them for free. Ron Wright > After the 2018 KR Gathering, several of us went to Paul Visk's place and > helped him with the job of weighing his project. I didn't ask where he got > the scales but we came up with numbers we found that we could believe. > > > > So I'm picking up on a question Keven Stohlhammer asked me and I'm posting > it to the group. > "What have any of you done to weigh your airplane and/ or project?" > > John Bouyea > KR2 - N5391M/ sold _______________________________________________ Search the KRnet Archives at https://www.mail-archive.com/krnet@list.krnet.org/.
