My fiberglass tank developed a leak while doing a weight & balance. I'm leaning on slosh and another thick coat of epoxy inside (after cutting the bottom off) I'm looking for opinions on the best fuel resistant epoxy.

I can't advise on the epoxy but I'd personally shy away from any "slosh". You more than likely have a few pin hole leaks that a wet coat of epoxy will seal, especially if you intend to cut the tank open anyway. Fuel will exit in volume through a hole too small for water to pass. I had a similar problem 15 years ago with left wing tank. I opened up the bottom and painted on a rich coat of epoxy, added one layer of glass to the bottom with rich coat of epoxy, and sealed the tank closed again. No problems 15 years later. Put the bottom back on with epoxy rich flox and maybe one layer of glass on the outside.
You can try to find the leak with about 2 pounds of air pressure in the tank and use a section of hose, placing one end in the ear and scanning the tank surface with the other. When you hit the leak you'll know it.
