Jeb, I see that your front deck is removable. So was mine and I had a leak as well when I 1st filled it up. I was in the seams at the bottom when I floxed it to the rest of the tank. Because it was removable I could pour epoxy it though the filler neck and let the epoxy flow to the seams. I did it four times sealing each edge tilting it while the epoxy cured. This worked great and it hasn't leaked since.
