I don't think you'll find any "ready made" or at least I've never seen any.
It's been 15+ years ago but I seem to recall I took a long 1/4" bolt,
cut off the head, cut threads on the solid end, installed rod end
bearings and made them to fit. You can trust my memory or not. I don't. :-)
