Should call RevMaster (760) 244-3074. The RevMaster engines have extra bearings, cast case and mine is even setup for a constant speed prop. I also have a Great Plains engine conversion which is restricted to wood props only. The Great Plains engine is for sale (336) 977-3922.

Unless something has changed IVO props are not approved for a VW engine.
I don't know who originated it, but I suspect it was GPASC.  It is
likely mentioned on their website at www.gpasc.com , or at least their
VW building manual.
