To echo what Steve said, the rigidity of the carbon fiber blades on the IVO 
prop as well as the Warp Drive props are known to cause harmonic vibrations 
that are detrimental to the life of the crankshaft in that the harmonics can 
cause crankshafts to crack and eventually fail.  It is strongly recommended to 
use wood or wood core props only on VW conversion engines.

Of course with Experimental Aircraft, you are allowed to build contrary to 
recommendations.  But please be aware of the potential issues.
