Just arguing the numbers though, if the AN bolt has a tensile strength of 125,000 psi, a quick search of the data for grade 5 fine thread 5/16 bolts (coarse thread is a little less) shows a tensile strength of about 120,000 psi, so 4% lower tensile strength. Don't get me wrong though... for an engine mount, it should be AN hardware... not Ace Hardware.
