The structure of wood is heterogeonous, and complex. Reestablishing a load-path 
through disrupted wood structure possible- it is called joining- and is the 
basis of the KR structure. Any of the proven glues will work, as will any 
filler material with traits similar to the structure being repaired.(wood)
