I use StartLogic. They have building tools, which I don't use, because they came along after I got mine set up. They are dependable but do cost something. I think I pay around $250 a year to keep mine, which includes the domain name of KRBuilder.org.
Since Google announced that they are capturing and selling your information, I stay away from anything Google, if I know it is Google.
