It's a tube going span-wise, and at the end of the tube, the flap-arm 
has a circular 'clamp' part going around the tube, with a single bolt 
going thru the clamp and tube.

I can drill it one-larger, but I'm looking for solutions to prevent 
re-occurrance of the problem.
