Why not just use the "KR cloth" from Wick's? It has to be less expensive than CF and is plenty strong for the job as evidenced by the many KR's flying, like mine with 400+ hours. It doesn't need to be made any stronger and won't be a great deal heavier than using CF. No point in trying to re-invent the wheel. Larry Flesner
