Think simple but be reasonable. Make a mock up of your seating area, placing the front passenger on the Main Spar...approximate location of the CG. Work from there. Sketch out a side view of the aircraft to ascertain leg and head room, then lengthen the fuselage to get the appeal. Aesthetics does play a part here.
