You are absolutely right when you say you will be "writing the 
book".  That's the nature of EXPERIMENTAL aircraft.  Your  KR will be 
a unique airplane and will only be similar in performance to other 
KR's.  That's why you're not getting any numbers.  Every KR is a bit 
different.  Different engines, wing / flap combo, no flaps, some with 
speed brake only, difference in flying weights, difference in pitot / 
static systems, landing gear, etc, etc, etc.  Those numbers / 
procedures are what you will sort out during your initial 40 hours of 
testing.  Welcome to the wonderful world of EXPERIMENTAL aviation.
