All time aviation great (at least to me) Leo Loudenslager who was the national aerobatic champion 7 times died as a result of a motorcycle. I love bikes, but you had better give them a lot of respect.

On a motorcycle, death is always about 3 feet away. In a plane, you are your own worst enemy. On a motorcycle, any mistake by a stranger can kill you. ( I was once boxed in by four cars at 80mph on a freeway- scary) My bike, a vintage BMW sits pickled and unused, while I romance my plane on a regular basis. No real comparison.
