Go back and read the E-mails on that SO CALLED $7,200.  He bought projects 
and sold crap to other people.  I can remember a landing gear for one 
example.  He did not build from scratch.  Take that into consideration. 
About 6 years ago Clapp was a $ letter word.

Aeromax Aviation's other half Bill Clapp, built his Corvair powered KR2S for
about $7,200.  http://www.krnet.org/krs/wc/  ........a long way short of
20-30K.
