Maybe in a perfect world, but that is just not reality. It is not feasible to foresee that an installation you have paid another to do was performed properly whether it is Bill, Cessna, local FBO, or anyone else. That is why it is called liability and negligence in the event of a failure due to poor workmanship. And no, this post is not directed at Bill.
