First, I suggest that you talk to Joe at Revmaster, if you have not already done so. He is very helpful.
I had severe sputtering, losing power, not sure that it was the same as what you are experiencing because I could advance the throttle. I kept chasing the air supply and found out that it was all in the heads. I think that part of the problem was that I was running it too lean, even though the sensors were telling me that I was OK. This was the second time that I chased a problem only to find out that I had heads that had overheated and become damaged. I'll have that fixed and be back in the air by the first of next month and will post a report on exactly what I have done to correct the problem, that I believe was "self induced".
