Dan, Good to hear someone else is working on there project. I finally got around to fixing my tail post. I had to cut away the two bottom longerons and sanded everything back to bare wood. That was no picnic, but when I went to glue it all back I realized what had caused it to be out of plumb the first time. As I am building in my family room on top the pool table (can't say enough for having a sympathetic fiancé) I had noticed that an area rug had been moved to close and must have pushed on the tail post the first time. OOPS!
It's straight now and I will soon have her ready to cover in plywood. Fred Johnson Reno, NV
