Since it is Friday, here is a little update on my project. My hangar mate and I are heading to Minnesota tomorrow morning to pick up my new 0 time rebuild Lycoming O-360-A1A. Everyone around here has been giving me a lot of grief because I have been projecting the completion of my plane as "only a year and a half to go". It has been the same story for the last year. They forced me to anchor one end of that year and a half. Well, February 22, 2008, mid morning, is the scheduled first flight of my RV-7A nicknamed "Beam Me Up Scottie".
