If you have any opening at all in the bottom of your cowl,
get a sheet of 1/2 inch foam board with foil on both sides
and build a duct that will hold a 1500 W ceramic heater.

It should be L shape so the heater is out  from under the
KR and setting in the duct.  The other end of the duct blows
up in to the cowl.   When I still had the Tripacer I could have
the oil temp reading 80 degrees in about one hour in a
30 degree hangar.  That also told me the entire engine
compartment was up to temp.  Throw a blanket over the
cowl and cover the inlet holes for best results.
