I posted this before without a reply. I'll try once more. (I've posted an 
e-mail to Jack without a reply)

Are the following figures valid (can it really be achieved as stated?)The 
reason I ask is that I have such an engine out of a previous flying project. 
Would it be worthwile to spend money on it to get it to the specs below? If 
these figures are true, I would certainly do it and use it for my project. My 
alternative is the Hirth as planned, but in South Africa, they do not come 
cheap.

One more question if I may please. What would the absolute minimum weight for a 
fully installed Type 4 VW without any electrics (except ignition) be? Hand 
propping would be O.k.
