I'm not an electrical engineer but GROUND is pretty much GROUND.

I would suspect electrical noise feedback to ground or a radiation
problem, i.e. , noise being induced to ground or other circuits from
the antenna(s) or antenna cables.  If it is a ground noise problem
an isolation circuit (capacitor, etc.) might be in order.  My money is
on the "radiation" end.  Are your antenna cable shields grounded?
