Virgil: I am back to the Dowel & Emory paper sice the WAF's are already insyalled on the closed up wing I can not even use a hand drill let alone a drill press so this will take a while. I already had the wings on with ordinary bolts so I know they fit that way but they only go on the 1st half of the grip of the bolt at most.
