The first year, I had hull as well as liability (playing the odds, but fortunately I lost), second year, liability only. There was no reduction in the liability the second year with Falcon although I had over 100 hours in the KR-2. I switched to Sky Smith and saved a few bucks. About $500 for $1million liability.
