Hi John I have added 6" behind the firewall to bring the cofG further forward. This has meant that I have also had to use a modified seat design to bring it forward so I can reach the pedals (I'm only 5'8"). This is now a mandatory PFA approved mod in the UK. I can let you have a scan of the design if you like.
