I also weigh out T-88, but not 1:1 ratio like you would mixing by volume.
Since I haven't mixed it for a while, I don't remember the exact ratio, but
I think you use slightly less hardener.  However,  mixing 1:1 by weight is
probably within tolerance.  I also use those tongue depresser-like sticks
from your favorite hobby center.  I square off the rounded ends on my disc
sander to make it easier to get into the bottom corner of the cup while
stirring.  For small amounts, I've simple used a small square of cardboard
for mixing.
