Lemon Pledge sure does work great! For really dried on bugs, I use the generic form of lemon pledge that is sold at the Dollar Store for a buck. It has less wax but much more cleaning agent in it! It will soften the nastiest, most dried on of bugs, dissolve oil streaks, and is a awesome general purpose interior cleaner. After using it regularly for 3 years, I have found no ill effects on my Plexiglas. Occasionally, I have rewaxed my leading edges and struts (my daily driver is a Cessna) after using my imitation Pledge. Brant Hollensbe W. Des Moines Ia.
