In reply to cleaning plexiglass, old timers here in buggy Michigan use Lemon Pledge in the spray can. Works great, even on the leading edge and prop as well. On plexi, spray on, let it set to soften bug splash for a few seconds, less than 15, and wipe the grime off gently. Takes any oil film off as well. Then use another clean terri cloth towel to bring to a clear polish. It's a beautiful inexpensive thing.
