Welcome to the sanitorium! If you're short on cash, I would recomend VW for power, build it up yourself with parts and advice from GPAS. The type 4 was an easy conversion for me, a relatively inexperienced mechanic. Before starting anything, give Steve at GPAS a call and see what his experience has to contribute. If you are like me, past middle age with the accompanying paunch (220 lbs), you might want a least 2100cc. If you don't have Steves e-mail at GPAS, let us know. Pat (who swears he's going to lose 30 lbs before the next flight)! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter Drake" <peterdr...@kingslandstabling.com> To: "KRnet" <kr...@mylist.net> Sent: Thursday, June 09, 2005 9:00 AM Subject: KR> New Member
