Yes, two bays. But the top one is a challenge, because my turtle deck is 
not as per plans. The vertical stabilizer merges with the fuselage in a 
large curve. So, cutting a hatch is probably more difficult than even 
removing the elevator.

There are two bays back there that you need to get into. I made mine about 
4
 in diameter. When choosing the size of the hole, think about the area 
that
will be needed to put a mounting plate back in. Don't cut yourself so 
close
to the stringers that you don't have room to mount one.
