I'm considering downsizing my 600X6 wheels to 500X5 as I'm have a difficult time coming up with wheel covers that look right on the KR and are more to scale with the aircraft. I have a lead on wheels, brakes, axles from a salvage yard and need to let them know in the next day or so.
Before the bell rings, I was going to see if anyone on the net has 500X5 wheels, brakes, axles and axle nuts lying around that they would want to part with at a reasonable price. If so, contact me off net at: fles...@midwest.net I've been flying for the past year (130 hours) at 155mph and it's starting to appear rather slow. :-) I'd like to get the wheels covered for another 10 to 15 mph. If I had done this last year I could have gotten an extra 1300 miles with my flight time! Thanks, Larry Flesner
