Well, I don't know what kind of filler it was, but paint remover took it
right off.  Very surprisingly it took off some epoxy blobs I had also.

I've been around Bondo since it came out about 1951,the only time it seems
to soften is when it's
oil soaked,except I don't know how long it takes.
