Insurance companies, ALL of them, will try to find any possible way out of giving you a single red cent. I rarely make broad generalizations, but based on past experience all insurance companies are staffed by scumbags. If anyone reading this is an unscummy insurance agent, I appologize, but I have yet to meet one. My last insurance fiasco involve 127 phone calls in 2 weeks to an adjuster that had a sworn statement from their insured stating she was at fault.
