I was reading up on VE as that is what I'm using for my tanks and the resin supplier was quick to point out that all composite fuel tanks should be coated on the inside with Gelcoat, the same as the marine industry has been doing for years. Gives a smooth surface that contaminants can't stick to as well as being totally fuel proof and improving resistance to vibration cracking. Doug Rupert Simcoe Ontario
