Harbor Freight sells a powder coat gun that is around the same price or
less. They even stock some powder in standard colors. I bought a gun about
a year ago, but I returned it after I read the directions and learned that I
could not cure the parts in my home oven because it apparently makes toxic
gas. The gas is also explosive so I could not use my gas oven anyway even
if it was outside. If you have an electric oven in your backyard you can
use it.

They do sell a small powder coat oven also, but it costs a lot more than I
wanted to spend since I can send parts out from work to a professional
powder coater cheap.
