On Large ride on Mowers and certain Machinery you find a fuel pump that works on a diaphragm and works on the crank case pulse, a hose from the crank case to the pump mounted on the side of the engine ?supplies a pulse to operate these pumps. Would something like this work instead of a engine driven fuel pump ( for those engines not fitted with a engine pump) with a facet as a back up for Take off / land or emergency>??
