Hi Dan, Before you flox in your aileron spar,make sure the distance between the hinge center line and the control horn bolt hole center line are 2.5"max. My drawings omitted this dimension and I was unable to get the full range of movement due to this error- .I expect subsequent drawings have been ammended to cover this.
