That is my point exactly. You will not be able to get the stall speed on a KR with a liftoff weight of 1300#, down to the required speed.
I guess what the persons who want a KR that is Sport Pilot Eligible, need is another new wing that is the opposite of the old new wing. One designed for high lift and low speed.
