In Wisconsin there is a one time fee of $50 to register a homebuilt or an
antique. As for sales tax, I drove to Wicks an pickedup the first shipment.
Thus I paid about $93 sales tax.  I sent a copy of the invoice with my
reistration application. I received the registration today.
