I showed how to do this at http://home.hiwaay.net/~langford/owings.html . Level the fuselage and use the chord line of the airfoil template drawings to set the angle. If there are no templates or a chord line drawn on the outer ribs, draw a line from the farthest forward part of the nose through the trailing edge and you'll be very close.
