Wow I sure got a full range of opinions on this subject. I guess I should call a FSS to get the feds to tell me what the truth is about it. I only ask this becuase I heard of a rule change that may have effected us that have two seat homebuilts. I am inclined to go along with the old rules, but I know that we are subject to the wims of the homeland security act, and there may have been some new rules.
