Yea, I too was hoping that the pump would shut down... like my old MGB's facet pump did. But then, the MGB had lots of Lucas electrical problems that I'd rather not consider on my KR.
We could seek out an electrical pressure shutoff switch, but then that would be somthing that could fail.... I'm putting up with the small noise.
