When I ordered my wood kits from Rand Robertson some time ago, I did not open all of the boxes and inventory every piece. I was living in a very small house and really had no place to build the boat except in the master bedroom. (I was single) I only opened and removed the wood as need it. I was also worried about removing all of the wood from the boxes and not have a proper place to stack it so that it would not warp. However, when I went looking for the spar material for the horizontal and elevator I could not find them. Now I am cutting out my templates for the wing, making the skins for the wing spars and I am out of plywood. I've been frugal with the wood not wasting anything but still I am out. Also I think I've ordered 5/8 random stock at least three times. The wood came from Aircraft Spruce and then Rand sent it to me. Has else experienced this kind of shortage from Aircraft Spruce? I only got 3 4' x 8' sheets of mahogany 3/32 thick, 3 4' x 4' sheets of birch 2.5 mm thick and 1, 4' x 4' sheet of 1/4 in thick. I lost my material list for the plywood. Is this the right amount for a Kr2s?
