Sure, why not? I have not done it, but we have a tank in one wing which we are not going to use and may want to activate it, and put one in the other. some day. I would have no concern about doing that. I would take the wing off, turn it upside down, and cut a big hole in it. If you were lucky enough to get some tanks like Mark Jones did, it would be a nit.
