Running a 912, 80hp on a Rans S-12. ?4gph fuel burn consistently. ?This is
running at 5200 rpm.

A friend of mine has a RV12 that has the Rotax 912 or one similar. I love that
engine. Rotax in aircraft are a long known equation. If I were picking, I'd
have to go with the Rotax. They seem to be very reliable from my observation
over many years. I've never heard of your two gallon per hour option engine!
