I don't know what an 8130 is, but I do believe that any equipment required
for IFR must be panel mounted.  That does not mean that you can get an "Air
Gismo" and stick it in the panel.  It has to be made to be installed in the
panel.  This is just for IFR, like flying on an IFR flight plan.



I have a question for you Dan, do you know when we will expect information
on lodging for the Gathering?



Also, will there be a KRGathering web site?
